I have an MA in Psychology, from Wilfrid Laurier University and several years of Ph.D. study at the University of Waterloo. I’ve coached and managed minor athletic teams for eight years, and raise two boys who play sports. Throughout my career, I worked in a variety of capacities, including mental health, and have an extensive background in research. I have a strong desire to help youth believe in themselves, as I wish I had that type of coaching when I was young. With the research that is out now, it gives me even more passion for encouraging lifelong sports participation. I love what I do.
